Mark is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience and is the Managing director of Diablo. He qualified in the UK and then spent time working in Bermuda, the United States and Russia before moving to New Zealand in 1999. Mark’s passion is helping early stage, rapidly expanding companies achieve their growth aspirations whilst maintaining sound financial management.
Diablo works closely with a number of "virtual" service providers who we bring into assignments to fit the specific needs of our clients - we are a great believer that "it's better the devil you know..."

Brett works with entrepreneurs, investors and their management teams to initiate and grow successful businesses based on intellectual property, science and technology. He does this by getting fully involved at the board and executive management level.
Brett has a PhD degree in chemistry and physics, and has been working with science and technology in business for the last 12 years, holding executive, operational and management consulting roles in several early to mid stage science and technology companies. These have included companies active in renewable energy and materials science, biotechnology, and software. His expertise is in management, integration of science and technology with business objectives, and optimising the value of intellectual property in businesses.
Through Governance and Business Development roles, for the last 10 years Richard’s company Concept to Market has provided a range of assistance to a number of successful emerging and growth companies. Specialising in the areas of market entry and market development, Richard has over 25 years’ experience in the technology sector. He is Chairman of two successful global software companies and advises several others on a regular basis. He regularly works with Diablo to assist with market development strategy for young businesses seeking capital.
